Received excellent service for replacement of windshield. Technician, Michael did a great job removing and installing new windshield. I took one star away because my appointment window did not take place in designated period and instead of them calling I had to call customer service twice myself. Other than this and overall, I am pleased with Safelite Mobile Service.

I drive a Subaru which requires a Subaru windshield. My insurance initially denied to cover the original Subaru windshield. However, Evelyn at safelight, called ahead, explain the situation to the insurance company and everything was covered. Josh did an amazing job installing the windshield in a very timely manner and was extremely personable, which I really appreciate.
