Scheduled an appointment with Safelite for windshield replacement. It was easy to do online and the service was fast. Within a week for appointment. Had a couple issues here. At first had my rear window broken and scheduled that for a mobile repair. That went well but a few days later I also got a chipped front windshield. I tried getting with Safelite to schedule that repair at the same time and customer service was very hard to deal with and had to call multiple numbers and deal with multiple people to get that done and when the tech arrived she did not even know about it. I also paid for the most premium service which included changing wiper blades and other things. The tech was great but a few days after the service I realized that none of the things in the premium service were done, only the rear glass replacement and the front windshield chip repair.
