The Service was great and the Tech was excellent. However the repair of the Windshield crack and Chip although improved is still cracked. The Tech said that this might occur because of the chip taken out by the flying rock. I appreciate the Tech's professionalism and honesty. Great Service. I also would need to reschedule an in shop Windshield replacement as soon as I can contact claims at progressive insurance.

They were great. The assigned tech called me early in the morning to find out if we had a covered space, or garage, because it was raining. They were scheduled to come out sometime that morning. We did not have a covered space available. He then offered that I bring it to their nearby shop, which I did. The counter worker was very polite and pleasant . The tech came out and explained the process. They completed the process quickly, which allowed it to dry earlier than expected. The new windshield is great!
