I took my SUV in to get the windshield replaced, and they threw away my windshield wipers. They replaced them with cheap, bulky plastic wipers that do not match my SUV. I spoke with the manager several times regarding this issue, and I decided to go to the Lexus dealer and purchase new wipers. The manager said he would send me a check for the cost of the wipers, but I have not received one, and it's been several weeks. The work was done at the Safelight Auto Glass in Gluckstadt, MS.

The booking process was effortless and smooth. I was scheduled quickly for a drop and go appointment. I prepurchased two replacement windhsield wipers and left them in the vehicle. Commucination was excellent throughout the oprocess. New windsheilled looks amazing and install quality looks good to me. The only issue i experienced was they installer installed one of my two new Boshch wiper blades and left the opened package in my vehicle for the driver's side replacement blade. I didn't notice they hadn't changed both until I got home. That was my only feedback is that i should have been told why they didn't replace the second blade. It was missing the adapter needed to match up to the DS wiper arm. Now, in all fairness, they told me I could bring it back up there and they would make it right, but just the inconvenience of having to drive back up there was annoying. Johnny working the front desk was very nice to dela with and communicated well. This is my second replacement windshield at this location, and they are great to deal with.

Your advertisement is false. I had to drive a hour and twenty one minutes to get a star repaired. At my age that was a big inconvenience. There was a safelite van in the building when I arrived.
