I have used Safelite several times this year either for windshield repair or windshield replacement. Nobody in Hattiesburg is more affordable, and everyone working there is super nice. I usually make an appointment either online or by phone. The service is fast, and their work is done professionally. Safelite even offers to come to your location without any up-charge.

The whole experience was awesome. The technician came at the time that he was to arrive. Did a magnificent job replacing the windshield. He was thorough with everything. Explain to me when I handed the keys on what the procedure was, and what he was going to do step by step. I definitely recommend Safelite Auto Glass.

I had the remote service conducted on my Mercedes. The first tech was extremely nice however I noticed he scratched my car. I also witnessed him gluing the molding back onto the car. After he noticed I saw him, he said that sometimes the clips get a little rusty and they glue them down. Although I am a woman, I know that was not correct. if it had clips, the molding should have clipped back into the proper place. I also noticed when I began driving, I heard a beeping sound and when I stopped to investigate I saw some of the molding around the window hanging. I immediately contacted the tech and he told me they would reschedule and redo the work. Someone from the company contacted me to schedule an appointment and the tech did not show however he did call and asked could he come the next day which was fine with me. The next day he did not come nor did he call. Friday came and the tech called and asked could he come by. I informed him that I was at work and he said he could come to my job which I agreed to. The second tech was as friendly as the first tech. He took several pictures of damages to my car caused by the satellite tech. He submitted the damages and called his manager to tell him about the glue, the scratches and the buzzing. He stated someone would call me. Long story short I had to call and leave a message. The Hattiesburg manager called me and told me he was waiting on Mercedes to contact him about parts for my car. Guess what, I haven't heard from him again and it's been almost two weeks. My patience is about gone, I feel they are trying to brush this under the rug and that WILL NOT happened.

Richard from Safelite came to repair the screen on my vehicle. It was extremely cracked in multiple places, I have no idea how he got it off so safely and quickly. My driveway is tiny, I didn't think he was going to be able to get his vehicle in and have the space he needed, but it wasn't even an issue for him. He completed the job probably in less than two hours despite the fact it was a massive van. The end result was beautiful and even though I've already had a few rocks fly at it nothing has cracked. Clearly he did a superior installation. Richard was also on time, called me to let me know he was on his way, everything you could hope for!
