Recently had the front glass on my 2011 Mercedes E350 and the rear glass on my 2010 Honda Accord EX-L. Great service from scheduling to work performed and delivery. Mike and staff are wonderful. The woman up front, forgot her name. . . . . . she handles it all like noone ive ever seen! They earn it everyday. Thank you all for great service. Ill be back when needed.

It's nice to go someplace with great customer service and reliable work! I had my windshield replaced at the Lynn location. They were great. They explained everything they were doing and offered to replace my inside cabin filter, if needed. Then showing me the old filter and old wipers before replacing them, plus removing a small nest from some critters. I would highly recommend and will be telling everyone to go to this location.

Went online to schedule an appointment. Received an email stating someone will be by to replace windshield between 12pm-5pm. Called dispatch around 230ish to see if they had an idea of when technician will be by. Dispatcher provided me with technicians telephone number. Technician called me at 3:12 stating he was on his way. After an hour I called technician twice and sent him a text. No response. Around 430pm technician called and stated he was in traffic and asked if I lived close to there Lynnway location, if I could bring it by and he could replace it there. I asked to reschedule for next day and he stated they had no appointments. Very dissatisfied. Requested call back from manager still waiting. Don't schedule appointments if you know you can't make them. I took day off of work to be home for this appointment. And why is the window until 5pm when it gets dark before that time.

Good customer service, Having to wait 3 months for my windshield, to no fault of Safelite, they kept me posted as to any progress on the windshield's arrival. They answered all calls and called me with any updates. Mercades 2024 was backordered.
