Ralph, the technician, was wonderful. His care and attention to detail was amazing. He is clearly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to replacing the windows, but he also helped me quickly resolve a billing error that had nothing to do with him (the company had accidently charged me for two windshields, and Ralph called and got it straightened out for me). After he was finished, my car was tidier and cleaner than it started--he even put my oil change sticker on the new window after I had taken it off and left it in the center console. I couldn't be happier!
