Excellent Service. Installer was fast friendly and Efficient. Cleanup was over the top. When I got into the vehicle, the windshield was so clean it looked like it wasn't there. He also lightly detailed the dash and surrounding area. Nice to see pride taken in ones work! Made my day. Kudos!

My vehicle is maintained very cautiously. Over the years there have been small mishaps that I will take responsibility for, but not this one! My car was driven to your building for a glass repair that I waited for. Upon completion and after entering the car to depart, I immediately saw two scratches on my consol. Calling the damage to the attention of the store managers, I was shown photos of the damage that were taken "before" work on my glass repair was done. I believe the repair technications history needs to be reviewed to see if any other complaints about "Safelite caused" damage are on file for my technication and look into why this happens. I passed on other glass repair options and do not write bad reviews for accidents, but the damage happened and was passed on as it was caused by my carelessness.
