Went to Durham location. Zach was my technician. We walked out to my car to show him where the rock hit my windshield. He explained the details. Within 40 minutes he was done and I couldn’t even see where the crack was!! Excellent job. Excellent Customer Service. He was friendly. Exceptional Day!! Being in Customer Service for over 30+ years, I really value when I receive good customer service back!! He should be a Manager because it starts at the top and he could teach people how to do it!!

Totally unacceptable to inform me the laptop needed for recalibration of my window installation was not updated, granted this appointment was on the books for 2 weeks and I blocked off an entire Saturday to have this serviced. The request to have it serviced at the store by the same mobile technician has fallen on deaf ears. And this is no small fee window repair. . . . . close to $1500. Absurd service. And now the technician is no where to be found.

Submitted a damage claim from my installation appointment but no one will call to give us an update or resolution. Cannot contact anyone at the shop, cannot leave a message and even customer care center has requested they contact me, twice, and nothing.
The technicians have been prompt and friendly but management has failed us at this time.

The tech did not have the correct part for my collision avoidance system. He said I would be contacted in a week. That hasn't happened. There is no contact phone number. I don't want to "chat" and sign agreements on line.
