My expertience with Safelite was excellent start to finish. The technician called before coming. He was very pleasant during our meeting. He got started right away and I left him to work on my vehicle. He informed me a little later that it looked like a rodent may have gotten into my vehicle at some point because there was evidence of leftover food under the windshield. I thanked him for making me aware. He then finished his work and made me aware that everything went well. Very good experience. ¡Gracias!

It ended up working out well. The tech was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they came to our rural location to do the replacement was a bonus. Once the scheduling issues were worked out, it went smoothly and quickly

I was very specific about needing the rubber/gasket for my older car. On the first appointment, the technician showed up without it. Then he called in and I was told that I would have to get my own gasket, which I did. Then had to reschedule. The windshield was then installed on the second visit.
