I was in town visiting and needed replacement Safelite only ones who responded in Bullhead / Kindman area promptly I got a quote, got an appt for two days later Today June 4 and set up 7am -12 noon. I got a reminder , confirmed and amount. This morning got a call from Steve, saying he was 15 mins out. So I got first available slot 6 am. Steve was prompt , friendly, and did amazing job. He didn’t mind me hanging around as my car was loaded with personal stuff as I was traveling. He explained everything to me and didn't mind my jokes. Even laughed when I asked him if that was the upgraded glass, that deflected rock! He posed for a picture before he left! Thank you so much Steve.

Honestly the new windshield was clearer than the original one and the tech installed it so quickly I didn’t have to worry about my schedule and how it was fitting in.
