The tech assured me that this never happens and it was a fluke and he has never seen this before. I was upset but I assume that they would come out the next day or two and replace it. Oh NO, they said it would be another 7 days before they would come back out.
I was livid but I said ok, 7 days later another tech came to my house and I guess lightning strikes twice because he also had the wrong windshield. By this time I was beside myself with anger and to make matters worse he told me they couldn’t come until another 7 days.
Also the best they could do to accommodate me was to put me on a waiting list to maybe get in sooner. The tech also had the audacity to offer me free windshield wipers for the 21 day wait.
This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had with car repair. Also I don’t understand why the couldn’t have moved me to the front of the line especially when the mistake was theirs and not mine...twice.
I plan on speaking with my insurance company about this also social media.
Overall a Terrible Experience.
The guy was nice, seems he did his job and the window is fixed. That is good.
Next time I would go in at a set time. This was such a waste of my time just waiting with no idea of when to expect himl
