I had a tree branch fall through my back window on Sunday and had someone scheduled to be out on Tuesday. The communication was exceptional. I got multiple texts informing me on the process, letting me know when my glass was ordered, reminders about my appointment, etc. so helpful. The day of I got a call from the tech. He was friendly, on time, and efficient. He walked me through the process and it only took an hour. So glad I found safelite. Oh, and did I mention they came to my house and I didn’t have to take it anywhere!?
