Dropped the car off at 9a for a front windshield replacement and calibration. . received my call at 4:50p of job completion… they made arrangements to wait for me to get there… everyone was great to deal with… pleasant and made sure we were all on the same page… they handled dealing with my insurance for ALL of the work… extremely happy with all that was done and the explanations

Paul, technician from 86th St Indianapolis location, was great. Very friendly and got the job done quickly. He along with a manager also helped to resolve my initial credit card mixup on the payment. Really appreciate the customer service he gave!

I would love to give you a review!! 0/5 Scheduled appt, for Thursday. Was aware that the timeframe was between 8 AM and 12 noon. Received a text Thursday morning Told I was 3rd appt of the day. Asked if it would be after 11a. Told it would be by 11a. Got here at 12:30. At 4:30p still was not done & had to make appt to come in for calibration. My appointment was pre-scheduled for 2 PM the following Tuesday. I arrived at 1:45p, as the email said to please arrive 10 minutes early. The email also said if there was a problem and they needed to reschedule , or change time I would be contacted. They did not get my car back in for service until shortly after 4 PM. Absolutely, insanely ridiculous! Why was I not contacted that you were running behind. Poor lady at the front desk had no idea other than that they were running behind. I told her it clarified on the email that I would be contacted if there was a problem with the time. And it also requested that you arrive 10 minutes early. I really have nothing good to say!! I would love to speak to your manager

Both service techs that came to work on my vehicle were helpful, kind and informative. They did a wonderful job and communicated well. Safelight does a nice job of letting customers know who will be working on their vehicle and even provided a photo. Unfortunately, the photo of the second technician was not accurate and did cause some concern since I was expecting the person whose photo was sent to me.
