I expected another call on the morning of the install to verify arrival time of the techs. It never came and my 8-10 install window passed with no technician and no call or email. At roughly 11am I received a call from the technician who explained that he was sent to other calls and was delayed and would arrive around 2pm. The newly scheduled time came and went.
Shortly after 4pm, 2 technicians arrived and began their work. They informed me the work would take roughly 30-45 minutes and the vehicle would need to remain stationary for another 45 minutes after they were finished to allow the adhesive to cure. I was scheduled to be done working at 5pm and should have been able to use my vehicle by noon at the latest had they kept their commitment to the appointment.
The technicians were very polite, very skilled and completed their work efficiently. I only wish the level of communication displayed prior to the appointment would have been carried out on the day of the appointment and the dispatchers who schedule the techs would understand the importance of executing the work within the promised time-frame.
If I were to use them again I would expect a level of assurance that the appointment would be kept.
