First time customer. After giving them all my contact info, my vehicle info, my insurance info, and my credit card. . they required 21 text messages, 14 emails, and 6 phone calls with multiple "confirm your appt" messages. Then once they get here they do a pathetic job. The guy pointed out the use of double stick tape on a cowl part by a prior windshield replacement just to turn around and do the same thing. Broke a part on my rear view mirror ($80 part) and patched it with double-stick tape. They want instant access to you but you can't reach them at all unless it's the national customer service line. I'm still waiting to hear if they're going to fix my vehicle and have no way to reach out to check with them. All the phone numbers they call from either have no VM setup or ring incessantly. I doubt I will ever use Safelite again. My advice if you use them is not to give them your mobile number if you want any peace while wait on the appt time to arrive. Technicians don't appear to be very qualified.

Shane was our Technician. He was both knowledgeable and accommodating. Shane was a great communicator prior to coming out to our location. Weather affected our appointment making ongoing communication necessary. Once here, he explained everything in detail. Shane was efficient, tidy and considerate.

Came to the house , showed up early and fixed my windshield so fast. I was so pleased. And ours was cracked in many places really bad. Fantastic job and will always use Safelite to fix my car glass. The technician was on time and polite. He did have a hard time getting the old windshield out and ended up busting the old windshield out. There was nothing placed to cover the inside of the car to catch any of the glass. It just fell and covered the inside of my car. He did vacuum out most of the bigger pieces but the amount of small shards of glass will probably take months to get out. I have already pulled glass out of my hand and legs after driving to a carwash to vacuum more. Outside of the broken glass everything was fine and pleasant but having the amount of glass in my car that I have makes it hard to recommend satellite.
