I paid upfront for onsite windshield replacement and calibration. The technician put me last on the schedule then came out and told me he could only do the replacement that I would have to take the car to their shop for calibration. I said that I was promised onsite replacement and calibration that that is what I expect to have done. He said he didn't have his tools. I told him to go get his tools and he said the shop was closed so he couldn't get his tools. Fast forward to this morning where his manager called me to see what happened. I explained my side and the manager decided that he would pin the fault on me and said there was an update to their software and they could no longer do it in the field. Something totally different than what the tech told me. The manager was very unpleasant and told me to take my business elsewhere. They are a bait and switch shop. Don't trust them.

Had glass repaired and not satisfied with the work. Tried calling to address issue and cannot get anyone on the phone. Keep getting disconnected.

The absolute worst. They have phones but do not ever answer them. They should be shut down.

I had made a drop-off appointment, but wanted to change it when I arrived, rather than calling for an Uber. I talked to a very helpful employee (Garcia), who said he would try to help out and get my windshield replaced (along with the other things needed to be done) and try to have it completed in less than two hours. I had plenty to keep myself occupied during that time, and everything went smoothly. My new windshield is great, and everyone was so accommodating and nice -- especially Garcia.
