The store manager was instrumental in making the repair for my intermittent windshield wipers. Ben had prior knowledge and experience to glue the rain sensor to the windshield that enabled the rain sensitive intermittent wipers to operate. I was very grateful for his assistance and very prompt repair. Ben is a valuable member of the Safelite team.

Hi,
I just had my Tesla windshield installed and your staff customer service was the best team. They were kind, professional, and thoughtful. I appreciated their call the morning of from the technician and they were so kind when I didn't understand the length of time my car would be needed. The tech and front desk BOTH were amazing.
