We had an 8-12 appointment. It's 6:00 in the evening. We are still waiting for an update and I'm unable to reach a live person. Your entire staff should be demoted and retrained. If I performed like this at my job, I would be fired. I'm unable to complete the service questions below because you did not complete the job; in fact, you never even started. I miss the old days when there was accountability and people took pride in their job. Be thankful I toned this down. I'm livid and this is unacceptable at ANY level.

I scheduled the appointment and pre-paid the glass cost to repair my front windshield. Drove to the Lakewood shop (an hour drive from the mountain) only to be told 30 minutes after I arrived that the glass was not delivered. I had to reschedule for another day. The front desk person confirmed that she would let me know when the glass arrived to avoid the 2 hour round trip. However, she did not call/text and getting a phone number for the location is impossible. Called the main number to try to determine if the glass came in or not. She said that it was not their process to check that all parts are in-house before the customer arrives. I suggest that Safelite take the time each morning to make sure that all tickets for the day have all the parts in stock and if not, call the customer to alert them to the delay. I kept getting reminders about the appt time but never received info that the glass was delayed and a rechedule was necessary. Very unprofessional. If I didn't have to use them for my insurance, I would go elsewhere.
