Chris from Safelite Mobile Repair came to Roebling Books & Coffee and replaced the cracked windshield while I was working. Friendly, on-time, and hard-working, even on a blistering day with 100 degree heat index. Although I'm hoping not to need a new windshield any time soon, if it happens, I know who to call.

I stopped in the Florence, KY location without an appointment due to an issue with a camera near my rear view mirror. They immediately pulled the car into the bay and got to work to figure out the problem. 5 minutes later my car was fixed and ready to go. This was all done without hesitation or any cost to me. I wasn't expecting a fix, especially for free. I expected to have to make an appointment and go from there. I will 100% recommend this location for great service. I wish I had the names of the two guys I was speaking with, but I would assume anyone working there would be just as kind and efficient. I will certainly be back in the event I need windshield repair or replacement.
