Like it states in the title, painless. Once the appointment was made, they took care of everything. The technician was courteous and polite, knowledgeable, and he did a great job. Safelite came out to my house and installed the new windshield. They also helped me to file the claim with my insurance company.

April 30 - The 2-person remote crew reported on time and very courteous. That was good and thanks.
Disappointing (1) windshield not sealed; hear a wind whistle coming from lower right passenger side. (2) May 2 - called and left weekend voice msg about problem. (3) - May 4 - By noon Monday no response and when called local number to follow-up got cut off. (4) original Lexus windshield had 3-4 inch shading at top; replacement did not and had trusted replacement would be same.

I was given a time that they would be here - On Time The worker Identified himself - As per pre-text received Worker stated a couple of ours - again, On Time - which included calibrating the collision warning/assist system.
