It took over 3 weeks to get my windshield replaced. First tech visit said I needed a complete replacement, and not just a repair, so that tacked on another week. The next tech didn't want to chance it with cloudy skies, so we moved inside, then he said it was too dark to install, so another appointment was scheduled for another week later, and I had to drive 40 miles to their location to get it fixed. A far cry from what is shown in the TV commercials.
