I want to state first off that once the actual work was done we were very satisfied. Excelllent work and as promised on time at our house. I would give 5 stars just for this part of the job. The problem was the day of the service I was called to verify the work. I had assumed this would have been done by safelight and my insurance company in the previous week prior to the job. I’m not sure who dropped the ball, safelight or my insurance company but it should not be the responsibility of the car owner to set all this up at the last minute. I had a very busy day scheduled and did not need to spend time on the phone. This should never happen.
