Roby did a spectacular job replacing my GMC truck front windshield. He was on time, very efficient throughout the process, and couldn’t have been more kind. We would very happily use Safelite again and hope to have Roby doing the service.

The folks at Safelite have no concept of time. I was told my appointment (windshield calibration)would take 30-60 minutes. Aft6er waiting for 90 minutes, I asked for an update. I was told 20-30 minutes. Another hour passed and I had to pull my vehicle because I have a job and cannot spend all morning in the waiting room of Safelite. If they would have told me it would take several hours, I would have made other arrangements but they build false expectations. I then returned a few days later and was told they could finish the job in 30 minutes. I figured that was not the case and left for another 90 minutes. Only to return and be told its not done and could not be completed within the next 30 minutes, so I had to pull my vehicle again. Still not done but they did leave and invoice for over $1K.
