I chose Safelite to install a new windshield on my 2011 Jeep. I priced them with another local company and Safelite had so much more to offer. Number one: they came to the house and I didn't have to make an apt. with the other company to take it to their place to service it. Number two: they did not charge me for the premium wipers they put on, and the other company I would have to go buy the wipers and then they would install them, and wipers are not cheap. Number three: I was given a courtesy reminder of my upcoming apt with them the day before and the time slot they had me scheduled in. Number four: I had the nicest young man called me to tell me he was on his way. When he got to my place, I watched him install the new windshield, and he told me about the company, how long he had worked for them, and really enjoyed his job. If I am not mistaken his name was Kristen and was from Columbus. He explained the wipers that were on my vehicle was not even installed correctly. After installing the windshield, he sprayed it with rain guard or something like that, and he was right it just beaded up when it rained the first time. Can't find my bill right off hand but there was also a discount applied, which made it even cheaper then the quote I received from the other company. Yes, I would totally recommend Safelite for any repair work you would need. Was I satisfied with my choice for picking Safelite. Absolutely!!!
