Service area is nice the staff is friendly and the waiting area was nice and clean. Just a concern I have is my windshield cowl was not properly reinstalled due to missing retainer clips. My washer fluid line was not properly reconnected and was flopping around in the engine bay. Please dona courtesy post inspection after replacing the windshields. Thanks!

On a late Saturday afternoon, my windshield was cracked from a rock thrown from a lawn mower. Called Safelite when I got home and was scheduled for replacement 2 days later (Monday) at 9 a. m. at the Churchville location. Was taken right away and drove off with the new windshield about 2 hours later. Both gentlemen that were handling my car were wonderful. Highly recommend!
