The receptionist (I unfortunately forget her name) who helped me today was exceptional. I had an appointment today scheduled for 2pm so that I could get my windshield repaired for a 9-hour drive back to North Carolina. When I came in early around 9am to ask if there was any way they could accommodate me earlier, she was extremely empathetic and effective in checking with the technicians to move up our appointment so that I would not have to drive so late into the night with an oncoming storm in the forecast. The technicians were helpful and efficient, fixing the glass by 10:30am. I am really grateful for the Safelite Autoglass at Rosedale staff for helping me and understanding our situation.
