I booked my service online at a location am hour and a half from home due to needing a windshield after a major storm ands no appointments available in my town before I had to travel for a medical appointment. The online site was very easy to use. When I arrived the staff was friendly and they also let me know that extra staff had been sent to our town and for the future book the appointment and then call the local store. This was all done very friendly and professionally. The staff was amazing. It tech came in and talked to us after and even gave me a card because he actually works at the safelite where my daughter's are moving to. I have never had such fast, friendly, and professional service. Thank you Safelite Cheyenne for being there in my time of need and understanding my time crunch. I will recommend your services to everyone I know.

Appointment time for home service 8-12 window. 1:32 PM still no show or call. Left a message for management and no call back either. I would strongly recommend finding another company to replace your glass.

5/20 paid visit to inquire about new windshield. Office technician explained everything carefully and asked if filing through insurance. Added appointment for 5/22 with Noon-5p window. Day of - technician called around 10:30 stating he could come early if it was convenient. Technician arrived and had windshield installed in less than 45 minutes. He gave final instructions about tape removal, washing vehicle and to allow 30 minutes before driving. Payment made and technician left.
