Had a very polite young man did a great job. My only complaint is the amount of dirt and debris I now need to clean up on my dash. A damp rag would have gone a long way.

The Safelite did a great job replacing the broken side window on my Jeep. No issues with the job. My issue is with the Fort Collins Safelite shop. I had a 12:30 appointment and was asked to show up 10 minutes early, which I did. I waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes until they took my Jeep into the shop to start the job! It took another half hour to finally finish. Also, in the Safelite "notes" they claim to wash all the windows while vehicle is in for service? They only wiped the windshield and not one other window? Really! 3 Stars is being generous only because the actual repair was very good.

We will never call them again. The commercial's make it look so easy for them to come to you. First I made an appointment to go to their store. I would have had to sit and wait 2 hours. I called to see if they could come to my home. They said they didn't have any appointments for quite a while. I had 2 cracks that did not obstruct my view so I said that was ok. Then they said we were too far to come to our home. Our home is 7 miles from their store. Then for some reason they had our address wrong. The employee that called first for directions then came out was not friendly at all. Their commercial is so deceiving.
