He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was so pleased with the service i received.
my problem was that I was told I'd need a special order for my windshield replacement because of electronics that needed to be reset. My car model didn't have this. I was rescheduled for that reason. It turns out this was incorrect.when I showed uop for my appointment, I was told I'd have to reschedule again as my windshield was not in stock. I was offered a generic option (not Hyundai) to which I agreed. when I returned to get my car, I was told they Had found one Hyundai windshield and installed it. I didn't appreciate all this little game. It's not fun to find out I drove all the way to the shop for something that could have been done a week earlier, in my driveway. whoever is keeping your inventory is not doing their job correctly.
