I scheduled my windshield to be replaced, chose the morning 4hr window they give you. No one showed up. After calling and dealing with a useless A. I. answering service, a kind woman was able to try to get in touch with the technicians; however, she wasn't able to get in touch with them. She then passed on a message to the one who would be coming to fix my windshield, and she told him to call me when he's on his way or give me a time update. 3 hours later, passed the end of the 4hr window, no one had called or responded to give me an update. I have a sense of understanding how busy people are and how understaffed they may be with work; however, I believe solving this issue could be a "Que" system. Letting me know if I'm the first stop or the sixth stop of the day would be very helpful, so then I can plan my day better.
