Although I did not get my windshield replaced at this location (I had to reschedule due to weather, and because another location did not have the correct windshield after I dropped the car off. . . oy!) Gisele, the manager, was amazing. I had called her location because it was one of the only numbers I could find online, and even though I didn't have an appointment at her location, she was so helpful in trouble shooting problems with I was having with other locations and extremely kind.
It's so hard to find people in customer service that genuinely want to help people, let alone getting help from someone that isn't even responsible for my services! I hope she is recognized for her helpfulness, troubleshooting, and getting it done attitude.

I was in the Burlington location and I can’t believe how fast and quality work this guy did , insurance told me it will be 3 hours appointment and the guy did it in 1h, but perfected the job
