Easy Scheduling and Awesome Service
Scheduling the mobile service and communicating with the technician could not be easier. It was very helpful to see my technician’s location while in route so I could plan to step out of work and meet him.

Window replaced very professionally
Of course I was disturbed I had to pay for a windshield broken by a rock launched from a dump truck; but the Safelite team did an excellent job and I am very pleased with their work and service/

The work that was done
The work that was done replacing the windshield was fantastic. But, unfortunately, the gentleman that did the service left dirty greasy fingerprints all over my light grey interior. I know when they are mobile they don't have access to wash hands etc, but now I have permanent greasy finger prints all over the interior of both sides of my car.

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield.
