Went to Hyundai dealership of purchase, Saflite did not respond to estimate after 2-1/2 hours of waiting. Then Safelite emailed to dealer next day that they need my signature on the estimate before work is done. this is not what instructions on second part of referral email told me to do. It has now been three weeks and my windshield is still not "calibrated" and I have flashing warning lights on my dashboard. This is turning into an ordeal. Dealer tells me if a factory windshield had been installed it would be a simple fix. very frustrated. I have had to call my insurance company broker to help get this resolved.
Properly and I’d have to bring it to the dealership. We are still waiting back to hear what the issue is. Also the chairs in the waiting room could be replaced as they had stains.
Very nice customer service though.
