It went well when they got the correct windshield. Safelite came out twice as they had the wrong windshield the first and second time. The second time the person went back and got the correct one. The service was done great and looks good once they got the correct one.

I was totally impressed by the services at Safelite AutoGlass in Puyallup. Very nice front office lady. There were snacks, coffee and water bottles for us to enjoy while waiting for the car. The worked was done in a timely manner. I booked up the appointment on Saturday at 2pm. Easy to navigate with the appointment. They will take care with the insurance plan, you don't need to worry at all. Overall experienced, I really like the place. It was pretty comfortable. Will set an appointment again if I ever needed for window or windshield replacement. Keep up the good work!!!
