Not only was the windshield a quality replacement, but the installation was done 15 minutes sooner than promised. We've had unfortunate encounters with flying gravel 3 times in the last 2 years, but each time Safelite was professional and timely.

We had a chip in the windshield right in front of the driver's face that was previously repaired a couple yrs. ago, but now was cracking so we needed to replace it. Our technician, Zachary, called the morning of the appt. to let us know when he'd be arriving. He followed up later to let us know that he'd be delayed, and what the new arrival time was. He came at that time, and was very courteous and respectful of our property and vehicle. He did the replacement carefully, and we could tell that he took pride in his work and company that he worked for. He had excellent communications skills, and was a really great guy to work with. What we didn't like was the difficulty navigating through Safelite's use of AI to actually speak to a real person, which was time consuming.
