Tech arrive as scheduled, looked at damage and then came to my door and informed me that the damage could not be repaired. I told the technician that I had not asked for a repair but a replacement (the crack was about 18" long) The technician was very polite and said that he had been assigned a repair so had not brought a windshield with him. Another day wasted for me, waiting for a replacement that could not be performed. Rescheduled for next morning between 8 and 12. Another morning wasted.
The technician (different tech)arrived, on time, and did a first class job of replacing my windshield in about 45 minutes. If my rating was based on this last day I would have been very happy with this experience but the continuing confusion and rescheduling of my appointment was very annoying and left me with a rather bitter remembrance of this entire incident while I lost 5 days use of my vehicle and time.
