When I spoke to the gentleman over the phone about my glass, the gentleman told me that I was supposed to only pay one amount for the glass. Everything was okay. So I made the appointment to get the glass done when I got to the place. Everything is okay. The work was very nice. Respectful and then the glass got put in very nice and then everything was done. I got the receipt from safe light. The receipt said the right amount that the gentleman told me on the phone and then when I paid it on my credit card which is the amount the gentleman told me i was supposed to pay 2 days after I checked my credit card. Safe light charged me the amount and extra. I don't know why safe lite charge me more on my credit card ,please credit back my money on my card thank u

I went in to the Westbury location last week for a rear window replacement. It was a great experience with customer service and atmosphere. Wendy, the front attendant was very welcoming and provided great service. Joseph, the technician provided great service and attention to detail with my car. He went above and beyond in making sure the glass was out of the car and safe for me to drive.

Recently had my windshield replaced. Sean at front desk was terrific. Friendly and informative. Wendy- as I later found out was the manager was rude and sullen. Work was ok but sloppy. Left in my car was an empty water bottle, screwdriver and several residue of glue on my new windshield. In addition I had a temporary registration form from the DMV taped to my windshield. I was very specific in telling them to please replace it with the other documents on the windshield. Upon pickup I found HALF the form that had been ripped in half in my car! Sean retrieved the other half from the installers. Clearly they made no effort to CAREFULLY remove it before work commenced-they obviously just grabbed and pulled. Sean was the best part of my experience at this Safelite establishment

The gentleman who replaced my windshield, I believe his name was Terry, was very pleasant he was on time and explained evrything to me. He was professional and did a wonderful job.
