I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced and they never showed up or called me. I had to call them at 4:30 and they told me the tech was going to call me. He never did. So I messaged Safelite and they could see no notes saying why they never showed up. They told me the shop would call me the next day and they never did. When I tried to call the shop the next day I could not get ahold of a person so I took my car somewhere else. I don't know if this experience is normal with their other stores but the shop in West Palm I do not recommend. I tried to schedule another appointment with them through the chat and they didn't have another appointment for a few days and I needed it done yesterday.

I JUST HAD MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED BY SAFELITE. NOT ONLY ARE THEY FRIENDLY, BUT THEY ARE ALSO ORGANIZED, AND TIMELY IN REPLACING BROKEN WINDSHEILED. THEIS COMPANY IS VER EFFICIENT IN CONTACTING YOUR INSURANCE AND QUICKLY SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COMPLETE THE WORK NEEDED. I PERSOANLLY FOUND THEM CUSTOMER ORIENTED, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THE COMPANY OFFERS A NO HASSLE EXPERIENCE AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED IN THIS ENVIRONMENT WHERE FEW COMPANIES CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mobile service is not like the commercial they cannot be at your soccer game like the commercial. An 8 to 5 window is no good. This means the average working person has to miss a full day. There was a communication breakdown in your system.
