Juan was absolutelu terrific! n He was courteous, more than helpfui, and informed me as to what would be done and approximately how long it would take. He actually went "above and beyond" in helping me get the glass replaced. My vehicle's battery died and he was extreely helpful in getting the vehice started--even got a battery pack from the office to get it running when jump starting did not work.
I give Safelite my highest recommendation.
Juan is a superb example of helpful, friendly service. And, the glass looks good, too! Juan did a good job withn the installation and then i the cleanup of the glass fragments afterwards. He also took great care to let me know the details of "after care. ".
I appreciate his efforts and would certainly recommend Safelite on the basis of this experience.
