Second appt - was very disappointed with the fact that scheduling was screwed up. I received an email stating my car would be serviced btw 8am and noon. The tech had no clue about the email. I had missed his call and called him back but had to leave a voicemail. He never listened to his voicemail. I had to call again to see why I hadn't heard from him. Mind you I'm at work trying to get this done. Only then was my car picked up. The tech apologized but it's a shame that it still happened.
