I thought that getting professional service with friendly, knowledgeable, staff was a thing of the past. Not so regarding my recent experience with Safelite Autoglass located in Cranston, RI. Brought my truck in for a windshield replacement. A hour and a half later I'm driving off with a new windshield and completely satisfied with the service. Thanks SafeLite.

A company is only as good as its employees. They are the face of the business that the public deals with. I could write a lesser review, because it took 3 tries to get a windshield without damage. But it was Chris and Curtis. the installers, who made those mishaps pallitable. They are the reason for 5 stars. I highly reccomend these installers who were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Word to the powers that be. Get a better system for handling windshiels in the warehouse to avoid damage. I can get a TV from Korea bigger than that windshield, or a glass shower, and it arrives damage free. Figure something out.

I booked an appointment and arrived a lot early, the technician Sean got my car right in! The estimated repair time was 2-3 hours, Sean had in repaired in one hour! What a nice surprise that was! Because this was an extension of a chip from last August ( which Safelite repaired then too), but additional cracks start to happen and were in the line of vision for driving, my insurance covered the whole cost to replace. And Sean did a great job!
