I had to reschedule due to rain which was fine but the seal on the bottom of my windshield is folded and visible and my vin number is scratched. This looks terrible.

This was my first time with a windshield repair. I live in outstate Minnesota and I wasn't sure how easy it would be but Rodney was WONDERFUL! He kept me updated and was very personable.

The rock from the excavator equipment trailer passing by on the highway sounded like a bullet when it hit the windshield right in front of my wife in the passenger seat. Our insurance agent set us up with Safelite and from there everything was smooth sailing. Jamison, the repair technician who came to our rural home was excellent with communication, customer service and professional work. Jamison determined from photos that I texted him that our windshield needed to be replaced rather than repaired. Our 2026 Mazda CX 70 is back to new condition and it was so smooth, easy , quick and professionally done with Jamison and Safelite.
