I was satisfied with how easy this was to book and use and how nice it was to have the agent come to my house to have my glass replaced. Agent was very kind and helpful, the only qualm I have is how when I selected the RainX feature, I did it because I thought I was getting windshield wipers included, and even the agent said it was very misleading from the user side. Could you please make sure you're not leading customers astray here in the future? However, the RainX looks great on all my windows. Thank you for a great and convenient service.

This may be a one off but my after service experience has been terrible. the service went well - tech arrived on time and fixed the glass as per the process. However the technician foegot to turn off the ignition of the car post service which led to lot of issues. We had to jump start the car, take ride share to work etc. Secondly during the glass change - windhsield fluid nozzle was damaged. waiting for the tech to fix it.
