I commute, I have replaced several windshields over the last ten plus years. In the past I drove over 50 miles to have the work done, the last two times I wasn't satisfied. Aaron at Turlock Safelite listened to me vent and simply said, "How can we help. " from then on everything was taken care of. I have a tricky schedule which he assured me they could work with, they even set me up so I could take conference call while my car was being worked on. Jay was quick yet very detailed in his work and for the first time my car was not dirty when it was finished. I would definitely recommend Turlock Safelite and will be contacting them if I ever need another windshield replacement. In today's world where you feel like just another number to most places, Aaron and team made me feel like a friend who needed a favor, and I greatly appreciated their help. Five Gold Stars for sure!
Had to bring in for windshield replacement and was told when arrived the only one they had available had a defect. This was after 3 days waiting for the appointment. Had to bring in the next day messing up previous plans.
