I set the appointment online. It was scheduled on 9. 8. 25 with an appointment time set between 1:30-5:30 for 9. 12. 25. I received emails from Safelite on 8th, 10th, and 11th, and text messages on my phone on the 8th, 10th, and 11th. All of them were reminder messages and what to expect information.

I called the shop at 1:30 to follow up with the appointment today(the 12th) and they said the appointment had been voided. They said they attempted to reach my by phone and email to obtain the VIN# of the vehicle. I asked them to read back both the phone and email that they had on file, which he did. They had the correct information. He said the notes indicated that someone from the shop attempted to contact me and that the phone number was not in service and that the email was kicked back as undeliverable.
It is clear to me that the shop has individuals that are dishonest, and lack integrity. They can not be trusted to fulfill their obligations.
