Experience started out “interesting”…. Safelite left 3 voicemails, calling out my name but leaving no message. I called back and made an appointment. Tech, Kaitlyn (KT) arrived at my home the next day! We had potential for bad weather and Kaitlyn arranged for us to go to Safelite. All her promises were fulfilled; she gave me regular updates and I was out in 1 1/2 hour. Stressing how GREAT the service was!

Deon did an incredibly great job on removing my old cracked windshield and installing the new windshield. He took his time to ensure everything was cleaned well, and to ensure no damages were done to my truck. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service.
