I have only had to replace my windshield twice in the last ten years, and both times I received excellent service at Safelite. This last time was exceptional in that the service tech came to me personally to keep me updated on the progress of my repair, and also to address a perceived problem with my rear wiper blade. We agreed that it should be replaced and now it works perfectly. I also received a can of glass cleaner, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
