Lincoln and Jose provided excellent service for the replacement of my windshield. They were very professional and efficient. They were able to remove my state sticker from the old windshield and place on my new Shield with no problem. Saved me a lot of time from having to request another one. I would definitely use safelite again in the near future if needed for any windshield service.

Juan was very professional. The replacement was initially scheduled at the house however, once he got there, we discussed the weather. It had been raining heavily previous to his arrival and stopped but more was due so he asked if I would mind going to the shop. I am glad he suggested that and asked me to make the decision. He explained that if the rain started up again, it could jeopardize the integrity of the work. He could have just changed it and saved himself time, but he didn't want to take a chance there could be future problems.

From searching. Finding my exact match for the windshield and setting up the appointment. Paying and getting precise updates, I don't know how much more easy safelite can make the customer experience. There is not one negative thing I can say.
