This was the first time I have used Safelite to repair a windshield. The process couldn't have been easier. I reserved my appointment online. Safetlite submitted the claim to my insurance provider. Everything was ready to go when the service tech arrived at my house. Bryan called me and asked if I would be available earlier than what I requested, so he got started early, which really helped me out. I would recommend Safelite to all of my friends to solve any windshield issues they have.

Completed windshield replacement timely and with very good quality. Unfortunately they lost my inspection sticker forcing me back to DMV to get another. It should not have gotten lost by Safelight in the first place.

The Drivers side window of my 2014 Nissan was broken - I scheduled an appointment for Safelite to come out and replace it. The scheduling was easy. The technician arrived and was inept. He had to look up how to remove the panel and replace the windo on YouTube! After that he informed us that he may not be able to replace the window but he would keep working at it. He finally got the wondow installed but not only is it loose but the door would not open at all! I scheduled a warranty repair and Jackson from Safelite came out and after ten minutes, informed me that i would have tp DRIVE the vehicle an HOUR away to their shop to have someone more experianced to work on it as they coould not get the door panel off without being able to open the door. I am supposed to drive my vehicle for an hour to them so that they can fix a problem they created??? Unacceptable! Jackson got Dan the general Manager on the telephone and Dan informed me that he knew hpow to fix it but I would need to bring it to him. THat is unacceptable. He than informed me that Jackson was feeling ill due to the heat and couldnt do the work and they refused to send anyone else out to repair it. I told them i wanted a fukll refund of the 430 doillars i paid out of pocket for the repairs and they told me that i would be getting a call from either Dan or HIS manager. This has yet to be done. BTW - I was able to not only get the dor open WITHOUT removing the door panel but found that the previous technician did not even hoook up the cable to the door pull at all! I had the issue fixed and rolling within 4 minutes and minimal effort. Safelite needs better training, better technicians and better hiring practices! They did not do the work because they were lazy and did not want to try and do anything for me because it was hot and they didnt want to bother with being in the car. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!
