You tried three times to replace a windshield. first time you brought the wrong windshield and then said yo would reschedule. You never rescheduled. The 2nd try , you never showed up or called. 3rd time, you tried to reshedule me from an onsite visit and told me to reschedule at the safelite garage.

I dropped my car off at 9AM. When I made the appointment I asked what time can I expect to pick it up. I was told about 5pm and they will keep me updated. Didn't hear from them by 4:15. So I attempted to call. I got the main office and they couldn't get ahold of the S. Yarmouth location. So my wife drove me down there. I got there and they said it will still be a couple hours, even though it says they close at 5. So I leave there at 7 pm. Im driving home and noticed they didn't put the windshield wipers on correctly. I went there the next morning and they fixed the wipers. I get a call the next day saying I need to bring the car back so they can finish doing the calibration. I live 15 miles away. Why they didn't tell me about the calibration either one of the 2 times I was there is beyond me. Plus they didnt tell me it was an after market windshield till I got there. I would have gladly paid the difference for the original glass for my Mercedes.

Set up an appointment on Tuesday, tech came without tools on Thursday, and now we have been pretty much ghosted since. Safelite reps assured us we would be contacted with updates. Never happened. We continue to call to get our own updates/finally set up an Friday afternoon appointment and no one ever showed up. Just called back and got the same answers from all center. . . . no manager has picked up at the store front in two days. Now we are waiting to hear if anyone will accomplish anything for/by Saturday. Still waiting. . . .

I was happy with the final product. The service was fast and professional, but it took two attempts. I was forced to reschedule because the first windshield did not have the correct specs (rain sensor). I would imagine the VIN would give the information needed to order the correct windshield.

Accidents DO happen and the smashed rear glass window was one of them! Safelite and my insurance carrier arranged an appointment on Saturday night for Tuesday and it was beautifully replaced!
