The Ladies in the SSF office were friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered easily by them. The Technician finished the installation sooner than expected which is much appreciated.

I was able to arrange a windshield replacement the next day through their website. They were able to handle the insurance claims process quickly. The technician came to my location and was able to do all the necessary tasks within the estimated time.

Speaking to representatives (3-4 times total) was great; all were knowledgeable and accommodating. Repairs were done in time promised and look good. But the emails generated by system twice contradicted what reps told us including once that referred to the wrong year/make/model of vehicle.
