I was able to arrange a windshield replacement the next day through their website. They were able to handle the insurance claims process quickly. The technician came to my location and was able to do all the necessary tasks within the estimated time.

Speaking to representatives (3-4 times total) was great; all were knowledgeable and accommodating. Repairs were done in time promised and look good. But the emails generated by system twice contradicted what reps told us including once that referred to the wrong year/make/model of vehicle.

The first tech that came out to do the replacement was very nice but misaligned the rubber seal molding around the windshield and when I drove over 50 mph it whistled (annoying). I had to have a second tech come out a couple weeks later to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what had happened. I am just disappointed I had to stay home yet another day for a second service. My rating below is based on the SECOND service (Edgar).

This was a great customer service experience. I booked them through my insurance company after a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. Prior to my appointment they reached out for a photo to make sure we were on the same page, and they were quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The appointment and work went as scheduled and promised. They did a great job - even finished ahead of schedule. And I didn't even think of this but they gave me a certificate of recalibration for the windshield.
