Outstanding service by Jerome!
Review by Kenny on 6 Dec 2024review stating Outstanding service by Jerome!
I had an outstanding experience with Safelite today thanks to Jerome! He came to fix an issue with our windshield sensor and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Jerome was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He explained every step of the process, leaving me confident in the repair. It’s rare to find such dedication and excellent customer service these days. I highly recommend Safelite, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jerome as your technician!
